Andrew takes a creative problem solving approach to assist clients in the navigation of complex immigration issues.   Andrew represents clients with a variety of matters including non-immigrant visa applications, employment-based visa petitions, and applications for permanent residency and citizenship.  He specializes in non-immigrant investor visas and assisting clients with the establishment and launch of their foreign-owned U.S. enterprises.    The increasingly complicated immigration framework in the United States requires the novel ideas and unrelenting commitment to success that Andrew brings to every case.  Clients can always expect straight-forward, realistic advice and unparalleled professionalism in their attorney-client relationship with Andrew.
